Before installing your new stator
Check the AC output of the stator.
Replace any burned or corroded connectors on stator and regulator/rectifier.
Check and repair any melted wiring.
Use hi-temp dielectric grease on all connectors
Our stator may use a different wire color code than your original.
All of the wires are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
When bolting stator in, always use locking compound.
If our stator includes a pickup coil, always make sure the air gap is correct upon installation.

It was a snug fit. Some of the wires were just a bit too long. It works as it should.

Where is my gasket?

Stator looks great but it did not come with a gasket. This is bad now I have to wait on a gasket. Someone left a review saying it came with a gasket but I don't see one in mine. So if your going to order this one you need to order a gasket as well.

1996 Yamaha Warrior

New top end and was getting spark and tried to start, but would only backfire. Timing was set perfectly and valves were set.Reluctantly purchased this because it was so cheap compared to others. Fast shipping, way before expected date!

Voltage regulator works good on 4Wheeler.

Product fit my KLX140 and regulates the voltage nicely.Even at high RPM voltage does not exceed 14V.
