Note:
Before installing your new stator regulator rectifier;
Check the AC output of the stator.
Replace any burned or corroded connectors on stator and regulator/rectifier.
Check and repair any melted wiring.
Use hi-temp dielectric grease on all connectors.
Our stator / regulator may use a different wire color code than your original.
All of the wires are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
When bolting stator in, always use locking compound.
If our stator includes a pickup coil, always make sure the air gap is correct upon installation.

Very Good!

Been almost a month and it's still working (which isn't too long) but they had measurements and after getting sent two that were the wrong size (different company) I was happy.

Fired right up!

1999 Yamaha Warrior
New top end and was getting spark and tried to start, but would only backfire. Timing was set perfectly and valves were set.
Tested the stator and was out of spec.
Reluctantly purchased this because it was so cheap compared to others. Fast shipping, way before expected date!
Took no time to install and was an exact replacement from OEM!

Worked as expected on a 07 Polaris Dragon 700

This part was an exact fit replacement and easy to install. Works as it should. The only unanswered question is for how long. Cannot differentiate between this new one and OEM by looks.
All for less than half the price of OEM.

Just like factory....

Worked great. Fixed the problem with my ‘07 Arctic Cat 500 4x4. After start up, about 45 seconds, the instrument display would start flashing “ volts” . This new regulator fixed that problem.....

Compatible Stator

This product saved me a LOT of money compared to the manufacturers replacement part. The only issue is that cord was almost too short to reach the other connector. It would have been horrible to be that far into the repair and the cord not be long enough, and then get delayed days, especially when making the repair outside. I was not able to use the rubber plug that secures the cord because is did not reach the hole in the frame. I don't see this to be a concern. My RZR has been working great since the repair. The short cord was the only reason for the not giving a 5 star, should have been about 4 to 6 inches longer.

It was a snug fit. Some of the wires were just a bit too long. It works as it should.

With a very small fitment issue. It wired as it should
