I was not expecting too much out of a 140 dollar griddle. but this one was great. heats up well and retains its heat while doing multiple grilling because of its thick surface. the other kitchen griddles are just pure junk. I've worked in commercial kitchens and this grill works just as well. Its a great product at a great price.

Cooked our meat evenly. The heat rises fast and if you don't use the soup side you can place your cooked meats there to keep it warm. I recommend this product.
